Shipping Charges

FREE — We offer completely free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value. There are no hidden charges.

Delivery Timeline

• 🏙️ Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
• 🌆 Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• 🏡 Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner operations and geographic factors.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (Monday-Saturday)
• Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day
• You'll receive a confirmation once your order is shipped

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track it via your profile page under "My Orders" or by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery basis. Please have the exact amount ready when the delivery person arrives. The COD amount shown on your order confirmation is the exact amount to pay.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to reschedule.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Do not accept packages with broken seals or significant damage.
